The Zetor and Landini stands at the Royal Highland Show were once again well attended by our customers this year and we hope those of you who did go to the Show had a good time. As well as Zetor and Landini, some of our other suppliers were there including Dieci, Marshalls and Foster.
Marrs of Methlick are proud sponsors of the Methlick Primary School Football Team. The team have just finished the indoor season of the Strathythan League and after Easter will be playing up at Fetterangus most Saturdays in the outdoor league.

Landini's new Powerlift is an all-round tractor that combines the developments in agricultural telescopic handlers with Landini's long established expertise in tractor design and manufacture. Featuring a front mounted telescopic boom providing a maximum lift height of 9metres and a load capacity of 3500kg, a rear mounted PTO and hydraulic lift with 3 point linkage providing a lift capacity of 4500kg. Also featuring a reversible driving position, 150hp and a maximum speed of 40km/h. The Powerlift incorporates the functions of a telescopic handler, farm tractor and forestry machine into a single vehicle, which therefore does the work of three different machines with significant benefits for the user.
Zetor - New Look Proxima & Proxima Plus
Zetor Proxima and Proxima Plus models have received a stylish new makeover for 2008!! Among the many new features, the most striking is the new one-piece bonnet with new grill and headlights. Being lightweight and durable, it provides unrestricted access to all parts of the engine for daily maintenance and servicing. The steps are now galvanised for an easy-clean, non-slip finish and the wheel colour has changed from cream to grey. All 2008 models have Tier III compliant Zetor engines. Power output remains the same with the Proxima at 68hp, 78hp and 88hp, the Proxima Plus at 89hp, 99hp and 109hp and the Forterra range at 99hp, 109hp, 116hp and 128hp.
